SaagaR India (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”)
1. Introduction
Welcome to SaagaR India, a B2B e-commerce marketplace facilitating wholesale trade between verified buyers and sellers across India. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Eligibility
Access to the platform is strictly limited to registered businesses (proprietorships, partnerships, LLPs, private limited companies, etc.). Individual consumers are not permitted to transact on SaagaR India.
3. User Registration
Users must create an account by providing valid business information, including GSTIN, PAN, and business contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Order Placement
Orders placed through the platform are legally binding and subject to acceptance by the seller. We act as a facilitator and not the direct seller unless explicitly stated.
5. Product Listings
All product listings, specifications, prices, and stock availability are provided by the respective sellers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions or availability.
6. Payments
Payments made on SaagaR India are processed through third-party payment gateways like PhonePe. We do not store any sensitive payment information. All transactions are in INR and subject to applicable taxes.
7. Pricing & Taxation
Prices listed are exclusive or inclusive of GST as indicated. Buyers must provide a valid GST number to claim input tax credit (ITC).
8. Delivery
Shipping timelines are indicative. The Company is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or other unforeseen factors.
9. Cancellations and Returns
Orders once placed cannot be canceled unless agreed upon by the seller. Returns are applicable only in the case of defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped products. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and branding on the SaagaR India platform are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the platform or any transactions conducted through it.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.
