SaagaR India offers returns only in cases where the buyer receives:
- Wrong items
- Damaged goods
- Defective or non-functioning products
1. Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. No requests will be entertained after this period.
2. Return Process

Provide order number and photographic evidence of the issue
Upon approval, products must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all accessories.
3. Return Rejection
Returns may be rejected if:
Products are used or damaged by the buyers
Packaging is missing
Returns are requested after the return window
4. Shipping for Returns
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the seller in case of valid issues. Otherwise, the buyer may be responsible.
