Refund Policy
At SaagaR India, we deal exclusively with B2B transactions. Refunds are processed only under specific circumstances outlined below:
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
The seller is unable to fulfill the order.
The product is out of stock and payment has already been made.
Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind or incorrect order placement by the buyer.
Delays caused by third-party logistics.
Damage reported after the return window expires.
3. Process
Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Buyers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of the issue arising.
